Advance Notice of Planned Service Interruption:

Service(s) Affected: Wireless Network Access (Eduroam Wireless for SA Health)
Outage Date: Wednesday 3rd May
Outage Time: The change window is from 6pm-8pm, but the outage will only be from 15 – 30 minutes, so there is a good chance the signal will be back from around 6:15pm

Impact of Interruptions: The SA Health Eduroam signal will still show as available during the upgrade, but existing connections will drop, and new ones will not be allowed

Cause: This is a mandatory upgrade to bring the firmware back under vendor support.

Special Notes: Students can use SA Health Public Wi-Fi during the outage
